It is a well-known fact that some buyers spend hours every week and sometimes every day, scouring property websites such as Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location for the perfect home. With normal day to day challenges and work commitments, not everyone has this chance or opportunity. I am sure many buyers would agree that there would be a significant benefit to have someone focussed on progressing their property search on a day to day basis. 

 

I want to channel my years of estate agency experience and knowledge by offering a more personal and bespoke search - service to buyers. I want to satisfy buyers individual requirements in terms of location, price, architecture and internal configuration too. 

 

As an estate agent,  I can only show you the properties I have instructions to act for,  whereas if I am instructed as your Search Agent I can  reach out to my network of industry professionals – built up over 30 years - including solicitors, developers, surveyors, key business associates through the FSB - Federation of Small businesses and the Chamber of Commerce, just to name a few. Therefore, my scope is unlimited. Working closely with you and your brief, I will hear about sought-after homes before they reach estate agents windows or go "live" on the internet.

I will work exclusively for a maximum of four clients and with no brief the same. 

 

By engaging my services, as your Search Agent I will:

 

• Learn about your specific property wish list and agree on a brief.

• Utilise my contacts to find properties that other agents may not even know about.

• Preview multiple properties, before presenting you with a shortlist of suitable properties and arranging a personal tour.

• Perform a detailed research on comparable properties and those that are involved in the chain.

• Identify any legal considerations and with all this information, determine your goal purchase price.

 

As your personal representative, working exclusively for you, I will be there to achieve the best price and save you the most money on the most favourable terms.
